2010 Clark County Fair Feature Exhibit
The Day the Fair Stood Still
Aliens have landed, and, as is always the case with entities from another planet (at least it seems that way in all the scary movies about them), their benevolent nature hides something sinister!
Guests will enter a chaotic scene with space ships, alien creatures, and townsfolk who warn of the end of the world. News reporters will be on hand to interview guests, "Space Vamps" dressed in silver jump suits will scream like alien groupies and alien technology will provide guests with interactive fun, including a transporter to "beam" guests to the mothership. We'll also provide a "close encounter" by taking guests on board one of the ships for a face to face "meet and eat!" Over 200,000 people will see this exhibit and it will be featured in all advertising for the fair, so get ready for some extreme excitement, appearances on TV, and opportunities for a lot of fun.
Once again Scream at the Beach and Scream Entertainment will be producing and staffing this exhibit. Actors will receive free admission, a complimentary parking pass (if you drive), snacks and water. In addition, we plan to provide air conditioning and fans to keep cool, and a refrigerator for your use.
Dates and Times
August 6th-15th, 10am-10pm Sun-Thu, 10am-11pm Fri & Sat
Shifts
- Morning 10am to 6pm
- Evening 6pm to Closing
Please note that all Key Role Characters have already been assigned but there are still volunteer positions available for both morning and evening shifts. These include both haunt roles and outside in the public area of the exhibit. Anyone interested in learning more should complete the form below and we will reply with addtional information.
