Decide which option below best meets your needs and your RFP will be in the hands of a SATB Meeting Specialist who will contact you within 48 hours. They will then work with you to ensure your meeting or event is a memorable one.

Submit Your Pre-existing RFP
Simply submit via email. A SATB Meeting Specialist will individually review your RFP and:

Contact you personally within 48 hours
Create a comprehensive even plan, encompassing venue, theme, food, beverage and entertainment
Arrange for all your additional needs, including: transportation, production, content, entertainment, recreation and SATB tickets

Submit a Detailed RFP
