Scream at the Beach Culture

Scream at the Beach has come a long way in just a few years from its humble beginnings. But it is still true to its core mission of providing quality entertainment for our growing number of guests. Cast Member Incentives
Scream at the Beach dreams up our unique programs and services to add a little magic to the lives of our Cast Members. We design our wide variety of programs and services to assist professionally, as well as personally. Here is just a sample of our work and life "extras":
- Event admission complimentary with your SATB ID card
- One complimentary pass is given to each cast member for every night they volunteer. These are handed out each night when you volunteer. These can be used for free admission for family members and friends or traded with other cast members.

- Free Workshops
- Learning and Development Opportunities
- Free Movie Passes to Advance Screenings of "scary" movies in local theaters
- Free Field Trips to related industry sites and events (like Ripley's Museum, other Haunted Houses, Enchanted Forest, Oaks Park, etc.)

Learning Opportunities
At Scream at the Beach, we know our Cast Members make the magic happen. Since our brands are innovative, entertaining and inviting, we create a similar learning environment that encourages volunteers to learn and develop in engaging and empowering ways.
Scream at the Beach provides a menu of training programs and learning opportunities, designed to build the capabilities of its Cast Members, including:
- New Monster Orientation
- Tricks of the Trade Workshops
- Acting Techniques for Monsters
- Scream at the Beach Ethics, Integrity, and Diversity Program
