Role Details
Scream at the Beach is designed to take guests into a world of horror and adventure. Each season we bring back updates to our favorite themes and introduce new ones to keep it fresh and make what's waiting around every corner a new surprise for new and repeat visitors. Our cast members play a key role in bringing this terrifying world to life.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, train and motivate cast members within your attraction
- Ensure that your attraction is clean and safe for our guests
- Schedule and supervise cast member breaks
- Report any needed repairs to Attraction Maintenance Techs
- Responsible for a quality guest and volunteer experienceeach encounter should be delivered with the same high energy level
- Responsible to take proactive approach to guest relations, i.e. interacting with guests, answering questions, etc.
- Gather and implement ideas for improving your attraction
- Reward cast members for a job well done with incentives
Requirements
- Completion of our Monster Training
- Reliable transportation to the event site
- Team player and result-oriented
- Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Some stage makeup abilities would be helpful but is not required
- Ability to work in very dark environments
