Attraction Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train and motivate cast members within your attraction
• Ensure that your attraction is clean and safe for our guests
• Schedule and supervise cast member breaks
• Report any needed repairs to Attraction Maintenance Techs
• Responsible for a quality guest and volunteer experience—each encounter should be delivered with the same high energy level
• Responsible to take proactive approach to guest relations, i.e. interacting with guests, answering questions, etc.
• Gather and implement ideas for improving your attraction
• Reward cast members for a job well done with incentives

• Completion of our Monster Training
• Reliable transportation to the event site
• Team player and result-oriented
• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
• Some stage makeup abilities would be helpful but is not required
• Ability to work in very dark environments
