Entertainment Manager

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily show operations and special events
• Design shows and performances, train and supervise Entertainers and support team
• Develop stage cue sheets, drawings, equipment lists and set-up specifications for special events
• Develop the weekly and nightly schedule plans for Entertainers
• Responsible for a quality guest experience—each show should be delivered with the same energy level
• Train Entertainers on guest relations: i.e. interacting with guests, posing for photos, etc.
• Be an inspiration and guide for new volunteers
• Responsible for the care and maintenance of costumes
• Maintain supplies: makeup, accessories, prizes and novelties, etc.

• Completion of our Monster Training
• Good knowledge of standard theatrical safety codes and techniques
• Reliable transportation to the event site
• Team player with good interpersonal & communication skills
• Some stage makeup abilities would be helpful but is not required
• Ability to work in very dark environments
