Role Details
Scream is designed to take guests into a world of horror and adventure. Each season we bring back updates to our favorite themes and introduce new ones to keep it fresh and make what's waiting around every corner a new surprise for new and repeat visitors. Our cast members play a key role in bringing this terrifying world to life.

Guest Services Manager

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our guests and volunteers
  • Lead, train and motivate our Guest Services team
  • Various duties include, but are not limited to, foot patrol, access control, crowd control, loss prevention, and problem solving
  • Be an inspiration and guide for new cast members
  • Complete Incident Report for any accidents or injuries
  • Ensure all security systems and equipment is in good working order and properly maintained
Requirements
  • Completion of our Monster Training
  • Reliable transportation to the event site
  • Team player and result-oriented
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in very dark and sometimes crowded environments
