Role Details
Scream at the Beach is designed to take guests into a world of horror and adventure. Each season we bring back updates to our favorite themes and introduce new ones to keep it fresh and make what's waiting around every corner a new surprise for new and repeat visitors. Our cast members play a key role in bringing this terrifying world to life.
Working in one or more of the following areas:
- Parking Patrol
- Ticket Line Greeter
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in work location
- Providing Guests with information about show schedules, Character locations, and visitation times
- Providing audience control, including handling challenging Guest situations
- Setting up and removing stanchions, ropes and poles
- Retrieving and arranging strollers
- Standing for extended periods, working outdoors
- Ticket Operations
- Selling various ticket media
- Using computerized ticketing systems
- Strong knowledge of Scream at the Beach ticket media
- Cash handling - both manual and using computerized registers
Requirements
- Completion of our Monster Training
- Team player and result-oriented
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly outgoing personalitymust love interacting with guests
