Each season we bring back updates to our favorite themes and introduce new ones to keep it fresh and make what's waiting around every corner a new surprise for new and repeat visitors. Our cast members play a key role in bringing this terrifying world to life.

Ticket Sales Host/Hostess

Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining a safe environment for our guests and volunteers
- Various duties include, but are not limited to, guest service, operating a cash register, loss prevention, maintaining a clean and orderly ticket booth, and problem solving
- Responsible for a quality guest experienceeach encounter should be delivered with a smile and a high energy level
- Be an inspiration and guide for new cast members
Requirements
- Completion of our Monster Training
- Reliable transportation to the event site
- Team player and result-oriented
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as outgoing personality
- Experience operating a cash register
- Ability to work in the confined environment of the ticket booth
