Ticket Sales Host/Hostess

Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining a safe environment for our guests and volunteers
• Various duties include, but are not limited to, guest service, operating a cash register, loss prevention, maintaining a clean and orderly ticket booth, and problem solving
• Responsible for a quality guest experience—each encounter should be delivered with a smile and a high energy level
• Be an inspiration and guide for new cast members

• Completion of our Monster Training
• Reliable transportation to the event site
• Team player and result-oriented
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as outgoing personality
• Experience operating a cash register
• Ability to work in the confined environment of the ticket booth
