Guest Service Host/Hostess

Responsibilities

• Help to maintain a safe environment for our guests and volunteers
• Various duties include, but are not limited to, crowd control, acting as a host/hostess at the entrance to the building, and problem solving
• Assist Security team as needed; follow guests through attractions as directed by security and report any unacceptable behaviour
• Responsible for a quality guest experience—each encounter should be delivered with the same energy level
• Help to maintain the fantasy of the environment
• Be an inspiration for new cast members

• Completion of our Monster Training
• Reliable transportation to the event site
• Team player and result-oriented
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in crowded environments
