2010 Fun-Raiser Program
We put the FUN in Fundraising!
Here are four ingredients to cook up the perfect "Fun-Raiser":
- COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT - Contact one of our managers a month or more in advance to find out which date is best for your organization to hold a "Fun-Raiser." Available dates are: October 8, 15, 17-21, and 24-29.
- DEDICATION - Once you have your date, fill out our "Fun-Raiser Agreement" and return it to the manager for processing. You can pick up an agreement at our office or download one today! Our corporate office will create a master flyer invitation and email it to you or save a printed version at our office for you to pick up.

- ENTHUSIASM - Hand out as many flyers as possible to friends and family. Talk it up! The more people you invite, the more money will be raised for your organization!
- FUN - Your group members will present their flyers when they buy their tickets and then have fun screaming the night away! Within one to two weeks you will receive your "Fun-Raiser" check! It's that easy!

Who Qualifies?
Charities, churches, schools, athletic teams, boys and girls clubs, and other organizations considered to be non-profit by the IRS may apply for a "Fun-Raiser" event.
We also welcome "Fun-Raiser" requests from community recreational clubs that do not have non-profit status. These requests must provide supporting W-9 tax ID information. See "Fun-Raiser" agreement for details. (TW Productions LLC reserves the right of approval for any request submitted for a "Fun Raiser" event.)
What do I Have to Do?
Thank you for choosing Scream at the Beach to have your "Fun-Raiser"! In order to make your event successful, we've put together a few ideas to help you:
- Copy your flyer on brightly colored paper for a fun and festive look.
- Make sure to distribute the flyers at least a week or more in advance. That way you can be sure people save the date! Here are a few tips on where and how to distribute the flyers:
- Announce the event at your group's next meeting and pass out the flyers.
- Advertise by inserting a copy of the flyer into your group's newsletter.
- Post an eye-catching sign on your bulletin board. Keep a supply of the flyers nearby.
- Invite a special person (i.e. clergyman or school principal) to be a greeter on the event night.
- Email our to have your flyer emailed to you. Then forward the email on to all your contacts.
- Send an email reminder 48 hours before the event (and don't forget to tell them to bring their flyer!).
- Just remember: The success of your fund-raising efforts relies on your ability to promote the event. Get people excited! After all, who wouldn't want to have a thrilling experience with their closest friends and at the same time support a great cause? Good Luck!
Is There A Catch?
Not if everyone follows the rules! We want to do our part to provide your organization with a thrilling experience and a great fund raising opportunity. We hope you'll do your part too:
- Participants must purchase a ticket to receive credit toward the organization.
- Please do not distribute flyers in the Scream at the Beach parking lot or vicinity.
- Coupons or discounts will not be honored in conjunction with a "Fun-Raiser" event.
- One flyer per transaction.
Failure to comply will result in a voided contract.

Please send your request on your organization's letterhead with the following details about the organization and/or event:
- A brief description of your non-profit group
- A contact name, phone number, email address, and complete mailing address
- The date of your event
- Where the event will take place
- A brief description of what you would like us to provide and how our donation/sponsorship contributions will be used
- As a sponsor or donor, how we will be recognized
- The date you require the donation or sponsorship confirmation
Due to the large volume of interest for our community participation, we are unable to respond to every request. For those donations and/or sponsorships we can participate in, we will contact you within 15 days. We look forward to hearing from you and we thank you for your request!
