Exchanges
We do not accept returns for any reason, however we happily accept merchandise for exchange if you notify us or return the product to our store within seven (7) days of receipt of the materials and with the original invoice.
All exchanges should be brought or shipped to:

If shipping, to ensure proper crediting, include the packing slip, or buyer's name, institution, full address, and phone number, in your exchange shipment. If you are bringing your exchange directly to the store, simply bring your receipt.
To prepare your shipment:
- Make a copy of your packing slip for your records.
- Please use the original packaging or a strong corrugated carton.
- To expedite your exchange, please insert the packing slip, remembering to keep the return label printed on the front for shipping.
- If your exchange order requires additional payment, please include a credit card number to be charged. Please Note: Money orders, cashiers checks or personal checks will not be accepted. If received, the order will be returned to you with a letter of explanation.
- Pack and tape your package securely.
- Affix the return shipping label.
- For tracking purposes, it is important that you ship your package via United Parcel Service (UPS) or insured Parcel Post. (We cannot accept C.O.D.)
Damaged Materials
Customers are urged to inspect all purchased items immediately upon delivery. No exchanges are accepted after 30 days. Captain Henry's Pirate Store will replace damaged materials at no charge if you notify us or return the product to our store within seven (7) days of receipt of the materials and with the original invoice.
