Please contact a Captain Henry's Pirate Store Representative for details on the advertising rates and specifications for our entire family of sites. All ad content must comply with our Guidelines for Advertising and Basic Terms and Conditions.
GENERAL GUIDELINES
- All ad content must comply with Captain Henry's Pirate Store (CHPS) Ad Guidelines.
- The advertising content must be clearly identifiable as an advertisement, as opposed to a link within CHPS site content. Advertisers must be clearly identified by name in at least one frame of the advertising content.
- Ad units that have a white or partially white background must be bound by a visible one (1) pixel non-white box built into the graphic. Creative must still meet size specifications with border.
- All advertisers must have a privacy policy, no more than (one) 1 click from the linking page to the Ad unit.
- Ad units must have a linking URL that resolves to an active page.
- All Flash and third party creative must open a new window.
- Alt Text: 30 Character max.
- User Initiated Audio is allowed. Host initiated sound is not allowed.
- Placeholder or non-final ad content will not be considered as "proxies" for final creative.

Donations
- We are holding a charity fundraiser. How can I request a donation from Captain Henry's Pirate Store?
Due to the large volume of solicitations we receive, we ask that you take note of the following guidelines in order for us to consider your request:
- We can only make donations to a federally licensed (501(c)(3)) nonprofit, charitable agency.
- A solicitation letter must be submitted via U.S. mail on the official organization letterhead and must include the date of the event, if applicable, contact name and number, and any other pertinent information.
- If you are requesting a donation for a specific event, we must receive the letter in our office at least 4 weeks prior to the date of the event.
- The event must be strictly for fundraising purposes. We do not support incentive or reward programs.

In most areas of the Company, employees dress appropriately for the job function or work they are performing. In some cases, costumes are provided. Crew members are expected to be neat in appearance, wear clean clothes, and use appropriate personal hygiene while serving as a crew member at any of our facilities and events.

Pass through the cave and spend some time with our pirates as they lead you through training excercises and party games in our colorful party room. The magic here is the fun you'll have with our pirate crew.

- What is a Captain Henry's party going to cost?
No two Captain Henry's parties are alike. Prices will vary depending upon the size of the party you want, the amenities, services you'll need, etc. We have a minimum fee of $75. Food and beverage, flowers, decor, music, entertainment, photography services, and any other services provided by Captain Henry's exclusively for the party will apply toward reaching the minimum. - When can I reserve my party date?
Captain Henry's parties can be booked 6 months in advance of your party date (based on availability). A minimum of seven days to plan a Standard Party, and 30 days to plan a Custom Party, is required. For more information on party packages, please contact a Captain Henry's Party Planner.

- I love pirates. Could I get some to appear at my party?
You bet! They are delighted to attend your party to mingle with guests, pose for unforgettable photographs, serve as greeters or food servers, or in any capacity that will serve your needs. Character appearances are available in 30-minute increments and count toward your minimum Custom Party expenditure. Yes. One of the best things about a Captain Henry's party is that through the aid of your Party Planning Team you'll have the resources of the our entire company at your fingertips.
