U.S. orders will be shipped FOB Portland, OR, with shipping and handling prepaid and added to the billing. In the continental U.S., 5% of the order total ($7.50 minimum) will be added to all orders for shipping and handling. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. Orders requiring rush shipments will be assessed a fee of $15 in addition to the normal shipping charge.
